Capture it however it happens
A structured form when there's time. A typed sentence or a spoken note when there isn't. A photo from the field. A spreadsheet import when it arrives in bulk.

Which units turned over twice this year? What's still open at the north site? Ask the question you'd ask a colleague and get an answer from your own records.

Some things aren't a moment, they're a stretch — a vacancy, a repair, an outage. Define an event that opens on one status and closes on another, and track what happens in between.

A record you can trust later
Entries can be made immutable, with corrections recorded as their own linked entries. What was written stays written, and you can see who changed what.
Notifications and text messages
EverythingLogs can notify the people who need to know when something is logged or changes state — in the app, by email, and by SMS text message.
Text messages are strictly opt-in. A user turns SMS on themselves in their account settings and provides their own mobile number; we record when that consent was given. Messages relate to the account and the work being logged — a status change, an assignment, a scheduled reminder, or a one-time security code at sign-in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
